When we encounter roofs that are just battered way beyond the scope that regular repairs can handle there is always the option to go ahead and replace the roof. Also, your roof does not have to be battered or anything like that for you to be able to get it replaced. At times we will also get calls from people who have recently bought a home. Yet, they are not fond of the way that the roof of said home looks. If that is the case there is really no reason why we would not be able to go ahead and replace it.

Since even the best repairs could break apart after a couple of months if the roof is just too worn down. As was said before though, we are not going to try and push you towards replacement. Going From Tiles to Shingles or Shingles to Metal Roofs
At times people are not looking for us to remove an existing roofing structure to put in a new roof that is mostly similar to the last one. At times we can move from tiles to shingles or vice versa with ease. Other times we are going to need to make sure that your base is solid enough for us to be able to switch things up. In general, though, it is not a major issue. We are going to be able to install a new roof that is made from different materials than the last one.  
 
Roof Removal
It should basically go without saying that part of our roof replacement services include removing any roof or part of a roof that is there. Before we are able to go ahead and place anything new. One of the questions that we get at this point has to do with whether or not people are going to be able to keep a part of their existing roof that may be ok, while only a part that is too damaged is replaced. Most of the times although, this seems like a move that can help you save money upfront it turns out worse in the long run.
