For example, you may have had a piece of tile fall from your roof so now it just looks like something is missing. If you are not a person that spends at least some time checking up on your own roof every now and then it may be hard to spot certain issues. When small problems are detected in time it is more likely that we will be able to repair them, rather than do a full replacement.

The thing is, roof inspections actually allow us to be able to spot those minor issues that can be repaired. Even before that small crack can actually turn into a leak that is going to give you a lot of trouble. At times repairs can even be avoided by cleaning your roofs and your gutters. Not All Leaks Are The Same
Although it may seem simple enough, you have a hole in the roof and that is causing water to fall inside of your home. Sometimes the fix is not as simple as just finding a way to be able to plug up that particular hole. At times the big problem are the major moist spots that may be forming basically in between your roof and your ceiling. If things get bad enough this can lead to a major collapse. Thankfully though, if these issues are not spotted early they can get stopped in their tracks and repaired.
 
Gutter Repair 
A major part of our repair services falls under the gutter repair category. The reason behind this is that broken gutters are what is going to cause rainwater and therefore, debris to flow freely through your entire roof. This, in turn, is what is going to cause the cracks and the moisture spots. Therefore, it is super important to make sure that you happen to have a gutter system that works properly. We usually want to get this fixed and then go in and handle all of the cracks or broken tiles or any other type of issue that you may have.
 
Emergency Repairs 
Having leaks in your roof is no joke at all. Especially if a considerable amount of water is falling on your home. Of course, these are things that need to be taken care of as soon as possible. You can always give us a call and we will get there as soon as we can. Having said this, at times we may have to go with a quick repair just to help you ride out the heavy rain days. Then come back and do a replacement. The main thing is to make sure that no water is hitting the inside of your home and that your roof won’t cave in.
